Is it? Since the first vote is proven to be heavily influenced by falsehoods and outright lies to the constituency. I think it's a democratic right of the people to also change their minds.

Politicians lie all the time no? If we discover they’ve said a lie, does it mean we have the right to immediately hold an election to vote them out? Surely the people’s minds would’ve changed because of this lie

It's not just that, they're all fact-checked and proven wrong. If politicians are usually caught in lies this big they step down and someone else gets elected by the more aware people. Most of those liars have stepped down, but weren't in elected positions. That's the problem with going for a referendum in the first place.

Brexit promised to get us out of the Single Market and Customs Union which is occuring. We won’t have to act under the European Courts of Justice, and we will gain money for our public services. Also, the people had plenty of time to make up their minds. When the referendum was first launched, David Cameron said there would be no second vote.
