Biography
”The self is unimportant. The individual is but a speck in the Whole of Life. A minor piece of the True Force.”
I once had a name. I once had a family...a clan. I was but one among many but I felt treasured by each as I treasured them all in kind. Clan & Honor were what I lived, breathed, and bled. My brothers and sisters were extensions of me and I, them. This was how my life would always be.
Or so I had thought.
It was a simple mission. Check the dark crystal caves of some backwater world for any useful resources. We went in, armed to the teeth, ready for anything. There was a few nonsentients inside that we quickly dispatched, but that was child's play. There was a dreadful silence as we entered the deepest part of the cave. I could feel the air around us build with unseen power, but I was still caught flat-footed when the rest of the my squad fell all around me like sacks of bantha drek.
A lone hooded man in dark robes appeared before me, his arms open wide as though inviting me for a warm embrace. It was only at that moment that I realized I could not move...could not breathe...could not even blink. His voice, deep as the seas of Mandalore, rattled me to my core. There were a few tense seconds after he spoke before I realized that he was actually trying to speak with me. Sensing my confusion, he spoke once more.
"You have proven yourself resilient, young one. You shall be the lantern bearer of this new generation."
Air rushed into my desperate lungs once more as the entity released his hold upon me a slight amount. I hadn't been so thankful for the heavily-filtered air of my beskar'gam in my entire life. The silence grew palpable before I came to the conclusion that he wished me to speak.
"Who are you?" my voice croaked, the thin dry cords of my voice box emitting a thick rasp with every syllable.
"I am no one, young one. You. You are someone. That will change. You will change."
"But I am Mando'ad," I answered, the only response I felt to be natural.
"What you call yourself matters little to the One. What matters is how you serve. All serve the True Force whether they know it or not, but you shall do so openly without fear. Your training begins now."
...
That was ten years ago. My training lasted three years. Upon my release, I returned home to Mandalore to only be labeled a murderer and traitor. They blamed me for the loss of my squad and called me honorless for surviving and not returning to Mandalore immediately. The only reason I still draw breath this day is due to the mercy of my clan leader, though some say that his ruling in the end was a more cruel punishment than any honorable Mando'ad could stomach. I was stripped of honor, rank, and even my clan name before being exiled from all lands held by my former brethren. His final words being "I dub thee Nameless, exile, and I challenge you to remember the phrase: Mishuk gotal'u meshuroke, pako kyore. Now be gone!"
But it matters not to the One. All that matters is returning all that is borrowed from the True Force. That is all that matters.
That is all that can matter.
Now I walk the long road to find balance within and without. My face changes but my heart does not.

Religion
"All this woman does is in service to the One to whom all pray to though many know it not."
Winter's faith is what defines her. The faith at its core is based on the concept of the Force not having a Light or Dark Side but is instead a great cosmic energy source from which all life flows from and returns to at death. The flux in the universe is simply due to the One True Force desiring to balance the energy it give out with the energy it takes in. This is where a being like Winter comes in. When a being's death is called for, Winter treks out to reclaim the energy for the Force. After all, life can only be paid for with death. Of course, payment is required for such things, though it may not always be monetary. This is also a sacrement to the One True Force.
In the end, life must be repaid with death and death to be repaid with life.
Appearance & Gear
"A woman may take a life with a knife or a Star Destroyer, but she does a fondness for precision."
While her day to day appearance is that of a rather beautiful blond, Winter has been known to adopt a variety of faces to complete her work. Her beskar'gam, which by some miracle she was allowed to keep, is often painted new and varying colors to disguise her while readied for battle but actuall has a black, white, and silver base. Her gear, a rather ecclectic bunch of tools, has all been carefully chosen to appeal to the greatest number of possible combat/assassination scenarios though she regularly switches out or adds some things to suit a specific job.

OOC: "But Kyle, how can your character carry so many weapons?"
Well, amigo, it's because most are relatively small and it's not that hard to fashion a few additional holsters for pistolas on the chest of the armor out of SPACE CORDUROY and belt buckles. Think of Il Duce's vest from Boondock Saints. Same same...but different. The Plan B is hidden in a little compartment on the left leg. : )
