Seeking to take advantage of the chaos in the Imperium caused by the attacks on Korriban and Coruscant, Rebel Leader has sent forth a task force to seize the Imperial water world of Bestine and its floating shipyards. The Rebellion is aided in its mission by the New Jedi Order, who are especially well-suited to countering the dangers of the Sith.
While the Rebel fleet engages the Imperial defensive formations in orbit, several Rebel and Jedi strike teams have landed at the floating shipyards planet-side and are moving to seize the massive facilities. Imperial soldier and Sith warriors have been deployed to the surface to counter the incursion and fend off the invaders.
One Imperial and/or One Sith Participant versus One Rebel and/or One Jedi Participant
Where some might see defeat, others see opportunity. The Bogan offensive against Fondor resulted in heavy losses for both sides and no clear victory for either. Of course, the only part Rebel Leader truly cares about is the massive Imperial losses around the key Core world.
As such, a Rebel fleet detached from the fighting at Bestine and cut through the soft innards of Imperial space to arrive at Fondor. The beleaguered Imperial forces, having barely begun to recover from the first battle, are now hard-pressed to slow such an offensive, let alone stop it. The Rebels quickly cut a swathe of destruction past the battered Imperial ships and boarded the remaining shipyards in force.
