Briefing: It's time for the Contruum shipyard to make good on their agreement and agree to handle the work on the ship. Total digression and confidentiality is required for this. They will likely want to know the inner workings of imperial ships so make it a point that they will get a peak but keep it confidential. He will probably ask for more freedom from MandalMotors designs so it has to be agreed upon by both MandalMotors and the local franchise representatives. Good luck.

This was the Echani's return to the Truum system and Contruum planet respectivly. The last time he had been there he had been joined by Little Badger as they worked on diplomatic relations with the Mandalorian people. Things had gone well in that meeting. However he had heard word that the interactions with the CEO of the shipyard franchise were less than desirable but overall acceptable. Knowing Angry Badger though, it must have been a crucible to deal with.

Now they had returned, this time for a particularly discrete deal. Koil wondered if that man was still working in the company. So many changes had come and gone in the time since the borders had opened. They had the corvette, Sol'yc Mer'sheb, which they were planning on having upgraded. It would be formidable even against even larger ships without escorts. At least that was the ideal situation. But for that to happen they did not want the Imperial Republica to have any inkling that such modifications were occurring.

Koil waited for the K/M shuttle to reach the orbital shipyards before moving at all. Previously the interactions had been conducted on the remote planet of Contruum 6. But this time it was in orbit of the planet Contruum. He found it strange that the 'primary' planet of the system did not have any kind of indication that it was the main planetoid of interest or population. Then again both the planet and the sun in the Mandalore system were in turn named Mandalore. So perhaps it was not that strange.

Enhaling and exhaling on a borderline sigh the Al'Verde stood up from his seat in full armor. That was how he had conducted things in the past and it was not about to change. He looked to his cohorts to see if they were ready and nodded to each of them before stepping off the vessel to meet with the representatives of the shipyards. It would seem this meeting would with slightly different company than when Wyatt and Dio had come. Hopefully that meant it would be better interactions as well.

Daniel was excited for this mission. There promised to be very little bloodshed or death or torture or anything that Daniel found unpleasant. All he had to was charm some people and tell them not to do what they were doing but instead to do something else. He could be very convincing and polite when he needed to. He wore his full armor as he had been told to but Daniel thought that maybe it was a bit much. As he stood, he removed his helmet and clipped it onto his belt. He knew that Koil would probably not follow suit--Daniel still hadn't seen his face. Maybe he had two noses or an upside down mouth.

The funny thought drew a soft chuckle and a genuine smile from the young Mando. He didn't know if Wyatt would take off his helmet either, but someone had to. As ranking member of the party in all aspects Daniel supposed that he would have to be the one. He didn't mind it really, either. His helmet was hot and stuffy and smelled like badger fur (Archie had gotten his head stuck in it and run around in a panic a couple days ago) so helmet was not preferable.

At the bottom of the landing ramp, there was a small group of aides and other lower level cooperate people. They must have been there to take them to the meeting room. Daniel gave them a broad smile and shook their hands like he had seen politicians do in the holos. They exchanged words of no importance until one of them cleared their throat and addressed the group of Mandos as a whole.

"Shall we proceed to the business level? They are waiting for you in the conference room."

"Yes," Daniel said, "I suppose we should get this started. Lead on."

Stepping off of the shuttle they'd taken from the corvette to the station Wyatt was adorned in his armor and only carried his Quickdraw blaster pistol and lightsaber as his traditional array of death dealing instruments wouldn't be needed, unless that pompous ass Mr. Maniclus was present. He had been a bear to deal with in the previous interaction when Dio and Wyatt had negotiated with him on the planet's surface for fighter production, which Wyatt had almost blown when it was discovered that Maniclus was selling to the imperials. But they had agreed on an exclusivity deal for fighter production, the deal signed and executed was in Wyatt's hand in his data-pad. A deal Wyatt was eager to throw back in Maniclus's face after telling him he was to vacate the premises immediately for his seditious actions and war profiteering, it was to be a good day but first he had to know if Maniclus was present.

Looking to one of the female aides as he removed his helmet and produced a genuine smile, tucking the helmet under his arm and holding the data-pad. "Excuse me miss, is Mr. Maniclus to be present at this meeting?" to which she produced an equally pleased smile at the recognition from Wyatt, seemingly these people were treated as poorly as the mandalorian delegation who bartered with Maniclus had been. "Yes he is in the meeting room along with the Chief Operations Officer and his VP Of Techincal Production." She said before returning to her forward motion from the back pedal she'd done in heels to address Wyatt before throwing a playful glance over her shoulder at him one last time.

"Well, gentlemen I believe you are aware of the situation from the last time I spoke with Mr. Maniclus and I would appreciate it greatly if I could deliver the great news to him directly Daniel." Wyatt said addressing the newly promoted Mandalorian clansmen as they walked to the meeting area. @Darasuum @Lucid

Koil let Daniel take the lead. He strode behind him, his helmet turning from side to side ever so slightly as he took in the building. It was pretty, but he doubted it would withstand any sort of open firefight and keep its appearance. Lots of glass, shinny and polished surfaces. It looked a little out of place among the green hill it sat upon but he knew that was probably the point.

While Dopey Badger was acting like his normal joyful self the same could be said for Angry Badger. His body language had said it all. Koil had listened to his frustration and would also have probably wanted to beat the crap out of the pompous man. He was happy to see what was coming to him. "ibic hwa cuyir e'yarala." He said in a cool and calm tone more to himself as Wyatt indicated he wanted to initiate the talks.

Entering the conference room he saw the three people they were meeting with. One on the left, the Chief Operations Officer, on the right there was the Vice President of Technical Production and in the center of either of them was the infamous Mr Maniclus. Koil stepped into the room behind his fellow clan members and remained silent. He took in a deep breath and exhaled, waiting to see what would transpire.

As the trio entered the board room escorted by the staff of underlings, they parted to let the delegation forward and took spots leaning against the walls close to the door as if they could tell something was about to transpire they wouldn't want to miss. Wyatt stepped forward motioning for Daniel to join him if he wished as he took his helmet off and set it on the well polished wooden table, locking eyes with Maniclus who immediately recognized him from the initial negotiations and immediately wore a look of discontent.

"Humphrey Maniclus, for your actions in engaging with the Imperial Republica to produce ships of war you are hereby terminated from your position as CEO and Owner of the shipyards. The government has chosen not to press legal action due to your long standing contributions to the people of this system. From the point forward MandalMotors will govern the actions of this company as it has officially been purchased and is an active subsidiary, the branch officer will be here by weeks end and all business with the Imperial Republica or Old Empire is to cease immediately. Any assets in production will be scrapped and the exclusivity agreement for fighter production is null and void." Wyatt finished with a grin from ear to ear as he sat the datapad down gingerly on the table and the look on his face begged Humphrey to try and rebuttal but the man sat with a shell shocked look on his face as his entire life's work had been taken out from underneath him in a matter of moments for his decision to sell ships to the enemy under the nose of his government.

"Now what we came here to discuss will be outlined by my colleagues, with that bit of unpleasantness out of the way.." Wyatt said sitting in one of the chairs, its cushion firm but not uncomfortable as it elevated him an inch or two from his normal sitting height.

Daniel pulled a pistol from his belt and shot the CEO clean in the face with a stun bolt.

"We've wasted more than enough time with this idiot," he said, uncharacteristically rude. "We have more pressing matters to attend to."

He turned to the aides that lined the room while he pressed something on his wrist. "A my colleague stated, the shipyards of Contruum will turn the full focus to supply the Mandalorians. We have met with the government and, as majority state funded operation, you must acquiesce to the new Alliance between Mandalore and Contruum. We have brought with us the former Chief Financial Officer of MandalMoters. He will be assuming the CEO position of the Contruum shipyards and will oversee design and production."

He paused and gestured to the door, which slid open exactly on queue. A skinny looking man with dark, sunken eyes and a sour expression walked in. He took one look at the stunned man and came to Daniel's side. "I present to you Atticus Eldar, the new CEO of the Contruum shipyards. Make sure that the change of leadership is sent to all detachments both domestic and abroad," Daniel continued. "Take care of the former CEO and escort him off world to our holdings on Kashyyyk for no less than a period of two standard years. Our people in the hangar will escort him to his home so that he may pack his belongings."

If someone looked underneath Koil's helmet they would see an equally blank look as the three mandalorians entered. This would countinue up until Daniel shot one of the members, or rather ex-members, of the company's leadership with a stun bolt in the face. But the Echani's mind soon realized from a lack of smoking skull and singed flesh that it had been a stun bolt.

Koil took a deep breath after Wyatt and Daniel had expressed their change in leadership. It was not a surprise to Koil but he wanted to move onto the primary reason the three were there. In addition, the change in subject limited the ability for the remaining two Contruum natives to respond to the sudden violence and change of administration.

"Now that that is out of the way we are here to insure that a future project is held with more disgression than any of the jobs before this one. Our previous dealings could have been leaked or just accidentally learned by other parties. Hence the early dismissal of Mr. Maniclus. Anyways, discretion is essential for this next project. He spoke from behind both Wyatt and Daniel with his visor pointed in between both of the remaining two representatives though his voice clearly emanated from his helmet. It seemed to have the desired affect for they both nodded their heads. Perhaps it was due to the sudden exchange of Angry and Dopey Badger with the former CEO of the company or perhaps Koil was just that good. Either way, the result was the same and that was what Koil cared about.

Pressing on his commlink and motioning for the aides to stay put Wyatt said a few short words in mandalorian and a two man team clad in the same armor as Wyatt but bearing both shoulder indicators in grey. They would move around to Humphrey's unconscious self with a set of binder cuffs and apply them before raising him out of the chair and giving the proper acknowledgement to all the mandalorians of rank present as there were a few. Carrying him out with as little commotion as possible as Koil explained to the remaining executive team members what was to happen; in the mean time Wyatt walked over to one of the aides and leaned in to whisper.

Not wanting to interrupt the conversation being had "Do they keep any thing like a drink cart or a bottle around for meetings or what not?" With a silent nod in response after the display she gave confirmation of something liquid in the building "Great, please go and get that if you would." Wyatt said before returning his attention to the group after Koil and Dan had finished speaking and piped up to add his own bit "We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in all of this as brief as it has been thus far. We can assure you so long as you weren't part of these prior dealings nothing about your stations in the company will be changing, we need good heads in the room from our own side and yours to keep this operation running like a well conducted sublight engine." He concluded seating himself back at the table alongside Atticus Eldar with whom he gave a respectful acknowledgement to and turned to give his attention to the two executive team members to answer any questions or concerns if they had any.

Daniel joined Wyatt and Atticus at the table. He was prepared to answer some questions, though unlike Wyatt did not lament the lack of liquor. It was hard enough for the Dopey Badger to organize his thoughts at the best of times and it would not do to be fuzzy now. For a few moments nobody said anything until one brave aide spoke up.

"Commanders Solus and Chief Eldar," she said timidly at first, but her voice growing stronger as she went on. "The Contruum shipyards have traditionally had a steady flow of income from Imperial contracts on all sides. How are we to maintain our overhead costs with that loss of revenue?" It was a good question and Daniel was about to speak when Atticus cut him off.

"There are many wealthy worlds that are not aligned to the Empire," he began. "Many of those worlds have been overlooked in the past by Contruum in favor of lucrative and consistent arms and naval contracts by the Empires. It will be rough at first but with war coming many of the independent worlds will be looking to bolster their defenses." He paused to make sure they were listening. "I have been briefed on the financial situation of the yards and I know that we have enough in reserve to weather this time easily. Also it's not so bleak. Both Mandalore and the newly allied Bandomeer have put in massive requests for naval elements. It will be our immediate focus to see those completed in a timely manner. It should both sustain us for the present time and open doors going forward. I will not let the Contruum yards suffer under my leadership.

    "Is there anything else?"

There didn't seem to be and Daniel looked to Wyatt and Koil. "Seems like we're just about done here, then. Any of you want to add something?"

Koil watched the exchange settle and switch to points of debate. It sounded like the fanchise representatives were almost trying to reneg on the deal. They had already secured their business before. This was more to do with the secrecy of developments with the new Sol'yce Mer'sheb. They wanted to have the ship upgraded and need the company's complete discretion yet they were bringing it around to complain about losing earnings from Imperial contracts. But Koil would not use the stick, it would be in their best interest to have the Contruum shipyards desire to turn their backs on the Empire and continue to do so. They had already sided with the mandalorians but Mr Maniclus had been too greedy and caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

Koil pulled out a hand rolled cigarette from a tin inside a pouch and lit it. He stuck the tip into one of the breathing holes in his helmet where it stayed wedged in his helmet as if it had been held by lips instead of stamped iron. There was nothing else for them to say on the matter for the time being. He "Enjoy the day gentlemen." He said stoicly and turned to head out of the meeting now that there was nothing for him to contribute. They had agreed to everything and the trio had dealt with a very obtuse businessman.
