It seemed like everyone agreed to the same idea of the Dread Lords. They were in and now came the actual plotting for their goals and routes. He was entertained by Solari's words. He felt the same afterall. The Tiss'shar knew that sometimes one had to pretend to be something before they could actually become it. That was probably less elgantly put as Fake it until you make it. But that would have been a poor choice of words. It sounded more like they might not make it. But Cyzyn-Itza-Rus had the same confidence in them as he did in the sun rising on the planet they orbited.

"Thank you Sidhell. It is important not to become to full of ourselves. We have not earned our true titles as Dread Lords yet." He genuinely appreciated the restraint the mysterious being voiced. He had not brought them together to be mindless pawns or malleable fanatics fueled by an old title. Cyzyn-Itza-Rus wanted to create something new while taking from the old.

Then Malthazar's voice followed and brought another thought to the forefront of the reptilian exile's mind, or rather a point to emphasize before continuing. "This will not be easy, it will not be quick. Our patience will be tested at times. We will succeed with controlled fame, cultivated power, and prioritized secrecy." He looked to everyone in turn before resuming to the next subject. "What little may still be known to others about the original Dread Council is a reputation of their collective presence and influence. What you might not know is that they also each had their own aspect...

A pause hung in the air as the blue eyes of the jedi exile looked over to Solari. "War, more than just open fighting between two sides. It is conflict, between siblings, found in nature and beyond." He began walking around the table counter clockwise first coming behind The Doctor. "Pestilence, plagues, viruses, disease. Whether a common cold or a cataclysmic scourge can affect the ages." He passed behind the Shi'ido and in turn Solari. He motioned towards the holographic representation of Sidhell as he resumed his speech. "Famine, the hunger though sometimes one without a true apetite. Beings always hunger for something, food, drink, sex, attention. It's the starving of these things that drives them to do things both good and bad." He eventually came around to Malthazar, having presented himself regally the Tiss'shar stopped and looked the man in the eyes. "Conquest. Overcoming obstacles never ceases but that does not mean victory is impossible. It is the fact that there is something always new to conquer that keeps us as mortals from attaining god-hood." He went silent as he passed behind Malthazar. The Tiss'shar had done a lap around the table and had returned to where he had stood before. "Death, the ultimate truth. Something even the stars themselves cannot escape from. With the ending of one thing, comes the oportunity of new begginings and the cycle continues."

This entire cereony was certainly...intoxicating. Malthazar, Solari, Cyzyn, Sidhell, power radiated from them, dripping like geysers, it filled the entire room, permeating the very depths of the dark and the shadows. They were the new ones, the new council, they would influence events, gather assets, shape the galaxy as it was known. She looked at each and every one of them, her new collegues, friends possibly, and smirked beneath the mask. They were the puzzle pieces, the beginning of the road toward her grand becoming. Soon, all the galaxy would become one, and her task would be complete.

She would be pestilence, admittedly that wasn't her favorite title, but she wasn't really about to argue considering the situation. Mal seemed a good fit for Conquest, considering his whole general thing he had going on.

The Corellian eyed those in attendance. He questioned if all would last to reach the glory of acquisition of the mantle terror that is Dread Lord. The Force whispered answers that not all would join the tapestry of history. He knew not who, but had his suspicions. Cyzyn was the machinator of this scheme so the reptillian Dark Sider was likely to remain to lead, unless betrayal tempted the greedy. The man's words were alluring, and Sidhell had to admit intrigue in being labeled with Famine, but he still stood in his stance that not all present were worthy. Only time would tell.

Still, taking on names only went so far. As his own work with The Old Man spoke volumes, preparation and building resources were necessary. At this current time they lacked enough assets to even throw a tea party. They needed prestige, men, bases. "We need to build up a powerbase," Sidhell finally spoke up. "Without assets or resources, we are powerless. We don't even have a hideout; I doubt this space station-" Which Sidhell waved a hand at the room with his ghostly cerulean hand. "-is anything more than just a rendezvous for this meeting. For us to succeed, we need more than a name." Turning his attention back to Cyzyn, though keeping the others in peripheral, he asked, "What do you have in mind?"

Malthazar nodded in agreement. They would be foolish not to start building from the very beginning, before they began influencing anything. They may have been a clandestine group, but cleverly hidden assets would certainly not compromise their secret.

"We need men and resources. While they would be easy to gain through unorthodox means-" Everyone clearly knew he was referring to conquest. "-we are most likely going to have to acquire them legally."

For that, they would need money or manipulation, which he suspected they had a decent supply of. Malthazar himself would prove to be a valuable asset to the council, and would prove to be very useful when it came to the building process. He would likely also be the one in charge of commanding most of the troops (what with him being Conquest and all), although that was way into the future.

Placing both of his taloned hands on the table ahead of him he leaned forward. Both of his clawed hands tapping against the hard surface of the clean table between them. His gaze looked at the hologram form of Sidhell and Malthazar as he spoke to both of them, occasionally turning to either one of them between sentences. "You are most astutely observant and wise with those statements. I have plans. Colonizing a planet, yet to be charted by any other faction. It is untouched. We will establish a base of operations there as well, separate of the colony. I do not need to explain the benefits of having a copletely independent system unknown by the greater galaxy completely under our control do I?" His blue eyes flicked to them all in turn waiting to see if he did indeed need to explain all the potential they could reap from such endeavors.

Cyzyn-Itza-Rus would continue, further giving detail to the details of his agenda. "Labor is cheap in this galaxy and many desire jobs. Land of new opportunity always brings hungry mouths, and we will gladly feed them. Our forces will be built up, reinforced over time. We are atop a small hill in the plains of the galaxy now. But over time the conflicts that others wage will press against one another, making the ground we stand on rise into a mountain above all others." After he spoke he paused again, realizing that others might not fully understand the sciences of planets and how mountains were formed. But he would continue regardless. "Fret not Dreadheart. As long as we do so efficiently we do not need to worry about attracting attention to our operation. Crime attracts attention. Legal means are within our power. Steps that require us to break the rules set in place by others, even if they are of a lesser authority, will not bring unwanted attention to us. Covering our tracks and diception will lead any who even attempt to seek the truth of our existence will find themselves caught in a labyrinth of misdirection."

"However..." He raised a clawed hand from the table, a single digit pointing towards the ceiling to emphasize his statement before he continued with it. "Something cannot be made from nothing. While I am sure we all are very capable individuals our potential together is far greater than it is apart. Thusly the afformentioned colony and fortress will require all of our participation, investment, and support for it become as effective as posssible." The Tiss'shar lowered his clawed hand again and standing again with both arms at his side. He waited to see what else the others had to say in response.

Sidhell listened with interest. The plan held some merit, and intrigue, but it came with flaws. Ones the operative of The Old Man spoke up, "Colonizing a planet still takes time and resources, resources to my knowledge we lack. What is this miracle planet you had in mind?" The Corellian wasn't against the plan, but he needed details. A pipe dream was useless without concrete machinations. They would need a ship, though Cyzyn had messaged him privately about an operation to a ship dealer, so possibly that would be taken care of. The problem was how much was needed in this colonization.

A good question from Sidhell. However this was their first meeting and the man was not even present. The Tiss'shar did not blame or judge his character but he had his own paranoia at work. "Understand that I will not reveal all the details of my plans too early to each of you. Trust must be built between us." He said this towards everyone present, not just the hologrammed form among them. "It is an uncharted planet in the heart of the galactic south. But it will be just the beginning of our acquisitions, a stepping stone if you will. I will tell you now, this is a test. A test to see your convictions, participation, and resolve. It will take a shared effort but by the time we are done with this planet it will be a bastion of our collective will. How many others will say they have an entire virgin planet to themselves, to shape and play with their own machinations. Investing time, effort and admitly some coin in this endeavor is a small price to pay for the payout it will provide. All I need is for you to say you agree." Now was the time for them to confirm. Cyzyn-Itza-Rus waited for their answers. He already knew Solari and the Doctor were onboard, it was left to Malthazar and Sidhel to agree.

A twinge of paranoid spiked Sidhell. The withholding of information and the teasing of trust made the long-time operative of The Old Man twitch with uncertainty if they knew more about him than they let on. Could this be a trap to capture him? The Chagrin did something similar, though granted different methods; the cartel vigo had sought his services. Still, The Corellian could be overthinking here. After all, trust wasn't built on empty foundation and unlike the other he had not come in person. While it wasn't against his nature to attend meetings via hologram when he was uncertain of the validity of his safety, ironically he had attended this meeting as a technological phantasm as he was not able to reach the station in time, prior obligations keeping him from attending, ones that had been in motion before the summons had rang.

Sidhell decided he was probably overreacting, though would keep a cautious eye on Cyzyn and the others. They would prove beneficial allies, a relationship The Corellian determined to symbiotically cultivate. The plan's vague details were alluring after all. "I am in acceptance of this endeavor, my agreement I verbalize. This has merit and could prove interesting and beneficial. Caution has been brought up and recognized without reckless disregard, so I am willing to back it." Silently he added, though I think I speak for everyone in that all of us potential allies will not tolerate betrayal if we're manipulated and discarded for short-term prestige. It was the way of the exiles, but not one taken without retaliation.

It was an interesting premise. Malthazar knew that in order to climb the ranks, he would need to make alliances, whether they later fell apart or stayed strong as the years dragged by. For now, this would do, although he was tentative about it.

"I agree," he replied, without a hint of the hesitation in his voice.

Seeing the other members of the newly criscened group agree the Tiss'shar smiled. His reptilian teeth showed in a pleasant smile. "Good. Welcome then! For now all of you are Dread Lords." He extended both hands out to his side to emphasize the welcoming gesture. It was official, will still secret, the flame of the Dread Council had been reignited for the first time since the dawn of the Hundred Years of Darkness. The age of the dark siders and all of its glory was still to come and they would see to its fruition.
