An Unforseen Force ─ Expansion of Jedha Protectorate ─ Jedha has become a heart of the Jedi counter-insurgency, resisting the conquering Sith and opportunistic Mandalorians. The planet and its Great Temple are under the protection of both the Guardians and the Jedi immigrants. Busy with congregating resources in the Core Worlds, the Sith have been cautious in its approach to the Jedha Protectorate. Far from the Mandalorian Dominion territories, it has been ignored by Mand'alor and his army. However, Mandalorians do rest on the protectorate's worlds, migrants loyal to the Republic's Mandalorian allies before Prudii Kyramud's usurpation of Senator Viesa Kryze and Prime Minister Almec's betrayal. The Mandalorian settlers have aided in defending the Jedi worlds, seeking to avenge the Sith's machinations in their culture. However, forces unseen have led fate to impacting the status quo of the Jedha Protectorate, the Jedi on the crux of either increasing the Jedha Protectorate's potential or see it fall in pandemonium... [ASK] THE RIVER WORLD When Mandalore fell to Death Watch, Senator Viesa Kryze and several Mandalorian loyalists fled their homeworld to form a government-in-exile. They assisted the Jedi and Republic in harassing Prudii Kyramud's insurrectionists. When Clan Kyramud discovered a new world they named it Prudiitooine after their alor. However, their occupation was short lived, as Clan Kryze and Clan Cadera assaulted the planet soon after and kicked off the Kyramuds. Prudiitooine became an exile for Mandalorians who kept loyal to the Republic ideal, even after Minister Almec's rise. However, the world always had a doomed destiny, and that destiny is approaching. The world's orbit creeps closer to its star, and scientists have discovered its annihilation is closer than predicted. In a week, the plant will pass the goldilocks zone and become uninhabitable, and within a year enter a death spiral into its sun. The Jedi-loyal Mandalorians have begun evacuation, but they require Jedi assistance. The Jedi Council has sent Jedi to aid in the final days of the river world of Prudiitooine. Clan Cadera was relocated to Jedha, where issues have arisen. The origins of the Catacombs of Cadera are not exactly known, but Clan Cadera claims that their clan millennia ago were responsible for the catacombs' creation. Extremists among their kin declare ownership of the Catacombs, causing some tensions to the Jedi and the natives, especially due to the Kyber deposits underneath valuable to the Jedi. Mining efforts were under consideration prior to Prudiitooine's destruction, and the machinery is still near the Holy City. The Jedi defenders have chosen to use the machinery to puncture the mine early from the outside in order to make a backdoor into the Catacombs. The Jedi will need to apprehend the Cadera extemists (not the entire clan has claimed ownership of the Catacombs) and capture the alor, in order to make a truce and end this standoff. The Jedi recently have been fostering relations with the desert world and been training the populace to resist Mandalorian or Imperial invaders. The Jedi are seen as protectors, and an attack on the annual event Wheel Races could harm that image. As such, the Jedi must stop the attack from occurring. The host of the race has agreed to permit a seeded entry into the race by the Jedi if required. Participants: Progress: [ASK] TRAP ON LEHON Stopping the Jakku terrorist attack has led to the apprehension of a Sith protocol droid, whose memory core reveals its master, Grand Moff Andredd, is hosting a legion of Sith and imperials on Lehon as they prepare an assault on Jedha, reportedly led by the infamous General Baell. The Jedi forces in the area rush to Lehon to thwart this imperial incursion, only to find out the enemy is fewer in number than reported. In truth, the intelligence was a lure. Soon after the Jedi forces arrive, the imperial-occupied Lehon Temple's disruptor field activates, imprisoning the Jedi on the planet. Realizing Jedha would soon become a target, Jedi rush to the temple to deactivate the disruptor field. Participants: None Progress: [OPEN] AMBUSH ON ROXULI The trapped Jedi on Lehon have sent a warning about Leon and their fears regarding Jedha. A Jedi vessel from Dantooine ventures toward Jedha after a mission, making a pit stop on Roxuli. However, the Empire has been scoping Roxuli for some time and as such imperial operatives have been sent to delay the Jedi to guarantee the Jedha operation. Participants: None Progress: Not Started [OPEN] THE FIRST BATTLE OF JEDHA The Cadera incident has left the mines exposed. The empire sought to take advantage of this and pillage the mines. The trap at Lehon was orchestrated to weaken the forces present on Jedha, though the empire is aware it yet has the forces to hold the planet. As the empire raids the planet, valiant Jedi strike back to stop the empire and its goal to construct Kyber-based weapons.
