    —Vumte Saxon

The Girsav be Haal Gra'avagr (Mando'a; lit. meaning "Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr", were a criminal pseudo-Mandalorian organization, founded by Vumte Saxon and comprised of ostracised Mandalorian warriors, known to their kinsmen as Dar'manda, which was a term that effectively referred to such individuals as "soulless Mandalorians". Founded during the chaotic Mandalorian Rebellion against the Sith Empire during its schism into the Old Empire and the Imperial Republica, the Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr were a fanatical war cult that venerated the worship of Haal Gra'avagr above all other Mandalorian deities. Scattered throughout the Outer Rim Territories, the Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr ran rampant throughout Imperial Hutta during the Great Uprising, sewing chaos wherever they could. Although willing to work as mercenaries and frequently resorting to piracy, the Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr prioritize random and wanton acts of slaughter, opting for skirmishes where they can unleash maximum violence with minimal chances of intervention.
    History
    [IMG]
The origins of the Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr date back far before the Mandalorian Rebellion. Although the Mandalorians resented the Sith Empire's suppression of their pantheon, which ultimately resulted in the subsequent insurrection, the worship of Haal Gra'avagr was a controversial matter. The Mandalorian god of entropy, chaos, madness, survival and evolution, many primitive Mandalorian clans openly worshipped Haal Gra'avagr, and often associated him with Kad Ha'rangir, the Mandalorian god of war, change, growth and destruction.

Indeed, there was even a time that some historians suspected that Haal Gra'avagr and Kad Ha'rangir possibly originated from a singular proto-Mandalorian deity. However, over time, as Mandalorian society progressed, the worship of Haal Gra'avagr became seen in an increasingly negative light; where Kad Ha'rangir brought growth and change through war, Haal Gra'avagr simply brought wanton chaos and devastation, regressing Mandalorian societies and civilzation as a whole. In ancient Mandalorian history, worshippers of Haal Gra'avagr were often responsible for some of the most terrible acts, including acts of genocidal ethnic cleansing, massive scale scorched-ground tactics, and frequently engaged in military acts that would result in mutual destruction for themselves and their own enemies. On the whole, the worship of Haal Gra'avagr was seen as permitting Mandalorian clans indulging themselves in the most heinous and decadent of acts, against their enemies and kinsmen, alike.

Eventually, the worship of Haal Gra'avagr was banned during the earliest eras of mass confederacies of Mandalorian clans, and over the centuries, images, writings and folklore regarding Haal Gra'avagr were purged. However, enduring throughout all Mandalorian history were sporadic cults that continued their worship of the god of chaos, often developing ways of disguising their devoted worship as being in the service of another god, most commonly Kad Ha'rangir. During the suppression by the Sith Empire, underground cult movements that worshipped Haal Gra'avagr thrived where others Mandalorians worshipping the more mainstream pantheon were stifled. Already experienced in concealing their practices, when the Mandalorian Rebellion occurred, several of the cults joined together to form the Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr, rampaging across a galaxy distracted by several galaxy-spanning civil wars erupting across what was once the civilized galactic community. The Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr have been at large ever since.

    Organization
The Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr are ruled by a single leader called the Saruta'yr, or the Speaker, who rules the Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr less as chieftain or despot, and more as a spiritual guide and war-priest. Although no true hierarchy or echelon exists in any official capacity, an informal headship exists among the stronger or most effective warriors, harkening back to the traditional clan structure mentality among the Mandalorians.

    • The Saruta'yr — The spiritual leader and warrior-priest of the Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr. Although not a leader in the more autocratic sense, the Saruta'yr is revered as a conduit of Haal Gra'avagr, and thusly controls much of the organization through his influence. The Saruta'yr in control of the Haal Gra'avagr is Vumte Saxon.

    Assets
Below are assets for the Kybalion, including those that belong to members or have been earned from plots.

    Locations
The Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr are largely a stateless confederacy of warbands and raiders, and as such, have very few permanent settlements or bases of operation. Their activities are virtually exclusively contained to the Outer Rim Territories, with the sole exception of periodic incursions into the former regions of Imperial Hutta.
    Additional locations include:
    • A'den Station — A small asteroid-based space station located within the outer boundries of the Void Sea, frequently utilized as a location of respite, storage of goods from raids and a staging ground for future attacks. Has no long-range communication array, which aided in concealing its location in the nigh-starless supervoid.
      NPC staff
    • Hirlyuva (the Shrine) — A space station located deep within the Void Sea. Only legitimate stronghold of the Fangs of Haal Gra'avagr and their base of operations / headquarters.
