It's ok, they're passing a bill so that lower rabbi can 'covert' those Jews who immigrate to be 'properly Jewish' by their laws..

On the condition that Ultra-Orthodox Rabbis have he right to decide who is Jewish! A limitless bill! That technically means they can affect Jews outside Israel. Bit unfair, in my opinion.
